February is a short month and we only had three walks scheduled. With one of these cancelled because of the weather, we have photos from just two walks. The good news is that fortune smiled on us and we had good weather and wonderful views for both of them. The first was Gill R’s interesting ramble through history visiting Quaker sites near Dolgellau. For the second, Jacky took us rather further afield to an area new to the group. Starting from Ysbyty Ifan, the varied route took us first to the tiny hamlet of Padog and then across rough moorland to the modest summit of Rhiw Lwyd. We’re always keen to have photos from our walks. If you have any to share with us, please email the programme secretary via the “Contact Us” page and we’ll let you know how to send them.
