We had mixed luck with the weather for our November walks. We started with Gill’s pop-up walk in the Tywyn area on a windy day early in the month. It was much better on the day of Mike’s Cwm Mynach walk, with glimpses of sunshine to light up the autumn colours. Walkers who joined Rosy for a walk in Cwm Nantcol were able to enjoy the Nantcol Falls at their best after a period of rain. Those of us who walked with Carol in the Dolwyddelan area felt truly blessed, with sunshine, blue skies and spectacular views. Finally, although the forecast had been awful for Rita’s pop-up walk from Llanfair, it turned out not to be as bad as expected and we only had rain for part of the day. Apologies – there are no photos from John’s circuit around Llyn Trawsfynydd at the end of the month.
